How is it calculated?
Tests every start date of the year and measures continuous rest: vacation days plus schedule days off and holidays right before and after. CLT rule (art. 134, §3): vacation cannot start in the 2 days before a holiday or the paid weekly rest (Sunday). Splitting (art. 134, §1): up to 3 periods, one with 14+ days and the others with 5+. National holidays are computed for any year (movable ones from Easter); state holidays come from a table citing each date's law; you add city holidays.

Requires Deno, Node.js or Bun. With Deno the script runs with no permissions: it cannot read files or access the network. Central Bank indicators are from the day the site was published.
